Google Maps offers a voice navigation option.
While the Voice Navigation feature is useful, it can sometimes distract you while driving.
Not everyone is a fan of Google Maps Voice Navigation and wants to eliminate it.

1.Launch theGoogle Mapsapp on your Android or iPhone to get started.
Next, tap on yourprofilepictureat the top right corner.
On the pop-up that appears, selectSettings.
On the tweaks screen, tap on theNavigation tweaks.
On the next screen, selectMutedon the Mute State.

Launch theGoogle Mapsapp on your phone.
Now set the destination location & start the navigation.
When the navigation starts, tap thespeakericonto mute the voice navigation.
To unmute the voice navigation, tap themutedspeaker icon again.
