We all know security risks are increasing rapidly.
The Windows defender tool of Windows 10 got a new feature called Ransomware Protection.
First of all, tap on the Windows 11 Search and punch in in Windows Security.
Then, hit theWindows Securityapp from the list of results.
On Windows Security, select theVirus & threat protectionoption as shown below.
On the right pane, scroll down and click onManage Ransomware Protection.
Nowturn on the Controlled folder accessand punch theProtected folderslink.
If you wish to remove any protected folder, snag the folder and select theRemovebutton.
This is how you might add a Protected folder on Windows Security app.
This is a useful feature that everyone should enable.
