However, the feature is rolling out slowly to selected users only.

1) Add Music to Instagram Directly

First of all, open Instagram on your Android/iOS unit.
Now tap on the(+)icon to create a new Instagram Post.
Pick the image that you want to share.
After selecting the filters and editing the image, you will see a newAdd Musicoption.
Tap on the Add Music option to find all trending songs.
Justpick a song and go for the portion of a songyou want to include.
Finally,share the image to your Instagram feed.
The post will appear on your followers feed with the music.
Yes, they can mute the music by tapping the speaker icon on the bottom of the screen.

Now, you need tochoose the audioyou want to add to your Instagram post.
At the end of the video timeline,removetheDirected by Input Titlesegment at the end.
Once done, tap on theExportbutton located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Set theresolution, FPS, BitRate, and tapon the checkmark button on the final step.
Finally, give the new video a name and tap on theSave to albumbutton.
The video will be saved to your album.
Now open Instagram and post the project that you have created.
