First of all, launch the Snapchat app on your Android smartphone.
Next, tap on yourprofile picture.
Next, tap on theSettingsgearicon as shown below.
This will pop crack open the My Profile page.
Here you gotta tap on theSettingsoption.
On the options page, tap on theUsernamefield under the My Account.
On the next screen, tap on theChange Usernamelink as shown below.
Now, you will see a confirmation prompt.
Now, drop your new username, and tap on theNextbutton.
Before making the final changes, you’re gonna wanna put in your account password.
Simply, enter the password and tap on theConfirmbutton.
This will change your Snapchat username.
To confirm the username change, tap on the profile icon at the top left of the screen.
You will see your new username under your display name.
Although Snapchat is not allowing users to change their username, it can be done only once a year.
So, check that to choose your username wisely, as you wont be able to revert it.
