Now, you will be asked tolog in with your OpenAI account.

On the top-right corner, tap on theHelpbutton.
On the Help window, tap the Help button again at the bottom right corner.
Next, nudge the Messages and opt for Send us a message option.
This will kick off the chatbot.
grab the Account Deletion option.
Now, the Chatbot will ask you to confirm whether you want to delete your account?.
Confirm it by selecting the Delete my account option.
On the second confirmation prompt, go for the Yes, delete my account option.
This will start the account deletion process.
The account deletion process will take around 1-2 weeks to delete your data.
Delete ChatGPT Account through Email Support
Theres another way to delete ChatGPT account.
you’re able to message the email support team of OpenAI and ask them to delete your account.
Once done, nudge the Send button to send this email to OpenAIs support team.
Once you send the email, you cannot cancel the account deletion request.
So, be double-sure before sending the email.
