- launch the Text to Speech (TTS) configs and tap on thePreferred engineoption as shown below.
On the Preferred engine, selectTTSLexx.

On the Confirmation prompt, tap on theOkbutton.
Now, move back to the home screen and long press on the Google Phone app.
Next, tap on theApp infooption.

On the App info page, tap on theClear dataand then on the Clear all data option.
Important:double-check to reset the data and cache of the Phone app properly.
