To deal with such issues, Google introduced a set of tools called Digital wellbeing.
Digital wellbeing is a simple tool that helps you find the right balance with technology.
Although Digital Wellbeing is a useful feature, many want to disable it.

you’re free to also disable your Digital wellbeing if you value privacy more than anything else.
The steps will be straightforward; just follow them as we have directed.
First of all, open theSettingsapp from the App drawer.

Alternatively, pull down the notification shutter and tap on the parameters gear icon to launch the parameters app.
On the configs app, scroll down and tap on theDigital Wellbeing and Parental controloption as shown below.
On the Digital Wellbeing & Parental Control page, tap on thethree dotsas shown below.

From the drop-down menu, tap on theManage your dataoption.
On the next page, suspend the toggle forDaily unit Usage

Now open your Android app drawer again and bring up the Apps.

On the Apps, find theDigital Wellbeingapp.
On the Digital Wellbeing app page, tap on thePermissionsoption as shown below.
On the App Permission page,revoke all permissions.

Now move back to the previous page, and select theData Usagedetailsoption.
On the Data Usage screen, disable theBackground dataoption.
Move back to the previous page and select theStorage Usageoption.

On the Storage usage screen, tap on theClear data&Clear Cacheoption.
Now move back to the previous screen, and tap on theForce Stopbutton as shown below.
This will force stop & deactivate the Digital Wellbeing app on your Android smartphone.

Its pretty easy to kill the Digital Wellbeing on an Android smartphone.
