This will open theRUN dialog box.
On the RUN dialog box, jot down inlusrmgr.mscand hit theEnterbutton.

This will pop swing open the Local Users and Groups panel.
In the left pane, select theUsers folder.
On the right pane, right-press the Administrator account and selectProperties.

On the Administrator Properties, uncheck theAccount is disabledoption.
Once done, tap on theApplybutton.
Here are some simple steps to follow.

- pop fire up Windows 11 search and punch in in Command Prompt.
Right-hit the Command Prompt and selectRun as administrator.
On the Command prompt, execute the command:
net user administrator /active:yes

This will activate the Administrator account, and you will see a command completed successfully message.
To suspend the administrator account, enter the command:
net user administrator /active:no
