This thing is done with the help of the Android System WebView feature.
Although this feature is enabled by default, sometimes it can get disabled due to incorrect parameters.

If you use a phone other than Samsung, heres what you gotta do.
Launch theSettingsapp on your phone.

When the tweaks app opens, switch to theApps.
On the Apps, tap on View all apps/App Management or See all apps.
On the list of all installed apps, find and tapAndroid System WebView.

On the App Info screen for Android System WebView, tapEnable.
After making the changes, see to it to reset your Android phone.
This will initiate the feature and you will no longer get the fault signal.

So, if you have a Samsung phone, take these actions instead.
Launch theSettingsapp on your Samsung Phone.
When the options app opens, tap onApps.

On the Apps, find and tapAndroid System WebView.
On the App info screen for Android System WebView, tapTurn onat the bottom left corner.
This will turn on the Android System WebView on your Samsung phone.
