What is Tab Audio Muting in Chrome?
Its a hidden feature of Chrome that needs to be enabled manually.
you better press the speaker icon to mute or unmute tabs in the Google Chrome web internet tool.
However, now its available even on the stable build of the Chrome surfing app.
First of all, open theGoogle Chrome web browseron your gear.
Next, on the URL bar, jot down inchrome://flagsand hit the Enter button.
On the Chrome Experiments page, jot down inEnable tab audio muting.
Find the Tab Audio Muting flag, and select Enabled on the drop-down menu.
Once done, scroll down to the end and press theRelaunchbutton, shown in the screenshot below.
Now open a tab where audio is playing.
You will see a new speaker icon just beside the tab title.
you should probably select thespeaker iconto mute the tab.
To unmute the tab, snag the speaker icon again on the net web surfer tab.
