First of all, launch the Google Play Store and search forTelegram.
Update the Telegram app from the Google Play Store.
Now initiate the Telegram app and start a conversation.

Now tap on the three dots as shown below.
From the pop-up menu, opt for optionClear History.
On the Clear History pop-up, you will find a new option,Auto delete messages in this chat.

- you gotta set the duration and then tap on theEnable Auto-Deletebutton.
Once enabled, the new messages will automatically get deleted after the set time.
To see the timer countdown, tap on the message.

However,you’re gonna wanna be the admin of the group.
Once enabled, every new message sent in the group will automatically expire.

However, thegroup members cant see the message timer.
