Whenever you venture to install an app on your system, you are presented with a UAC dialog box.
The purpose of UAC is to prevent unauthorized changes from being made to your box without the administrators permission.

The UAC feature of Windows 11 can block some actions performed by malware.
First, kick off the Windows 11 search and pop in inControl Panel.
On the Control Panel, tap on theUser Accountsoption.

On the next screen, hit theChange User Account Control controls.
You will now see the User Account Control Setting page with avertical slider with 4 different prefs.
At this stage, you gotta drag the slider as per your preference.

The fourth and final option completely disables the UAC.
This means any apps can make changes to your rig without any security check.
If you want to secure your PC,its best to set the slider to the second option.

This will trigger the UAC prompt whenever a third-party app tries to make changes to the computer.
