Get the newly redesigned Notepad app for Windows 11!

It seems like Microsoft s testing a redesign of its famous Notepad app.

Recently, Microsoft rolled out a new update to the Dev Channel that offers a new Notepadlatestp.
Notepads UI hasnt been updated since Windows Vista, so its good to see this new facelift.
The new Notepad app is rolling out now for Insiders in the Dev Channel.

Its available on Windows 11 preview build 22509.
OpenWindows 11 controls, clickonWindows UClickane, and select theWindows Insider Programmeas s on the Right panehown below.
Select theDevchannel under theChoose your insidersettings.

Move back to the previous page and click theCheck for Updatesbutton.
Now Windows 11 will scan and list all updates.
Next, click theDownload Nowbutton to download & install all updates.

After updating the operating system, you’re free to see the new Notepad software.
How to jump into the New Notepad App of Windows 11?
After updating the operating system, it’s crucial that you kickstart your PC andopen the Microsoft Store app.

press the Library and update the new Notepad app on the Microsoft Store.
Upon updating, open a notepad and enjoy the new look.
The new Notepad app also has a dark mode activated when you switch to a system-wide dark mode.
