Install extensions on Microsoft’s new Edge web app!
As of now, there are plenty of web browsers available for the Windows 10 operating system.
If we talk mainly about the new Edge surfing app, Microsoft has improved its functionality and performance.
What makes the new Edge online window unique is its Chromium-based engine and the new UI.
Although it now supports Chrome extensions, many users dont know how to install/uninstall the extensions.
Step 1.First of all,launch the Microsoft Edge browserand punch the three dots.
Step 2.From the drop-down menu, selectExtensions.
Step 3.On the next page, select theGet extensions for Microsoft Edge.
Step 4.This will initiate the Microsoft Edge Addons page.
Search for the extension that you want to install and hit theGetbutton.
Step 5.Now on the confirmation popup, hit theAdd extensionbutton.
Step 6.To remove the extension, visit the extension page and tap on theRemovebutton.
For that, follow the steps given below.
Step 4.On the extension page, punch theAdd to Chromebutton.
Step 5.On the confirmation popup, punch theAdd extensionbutton.
Step 6.The extension will be added to the web web client.
To uninstall the extension, bring up the Edge extension page, and choose theRemovebutton behind the extension.
