First of all, open Spotify on your Windows operating system.

- hit theEdit > Preferencesfrom the list of options.
On thePreferencepage, scroll down and find theAudio QualitySection.
Under the Audio Quality, find theVolume leveloption.
- press the dropdown menu beside volume level and go for the Loud option.
Important: Loud option will increase the volume level, but it will diminish the audio quality.
This is how you’ve got the option to make Spotify louder via its desktop app.

Note:On iOS, you oughta navigate to theSettings > Playback > Volume Level.
On the Volume level, selectLoud.
