First of all, press theWindows Key + Rbutton on your keyboard.
This will initiate the RUN dialog box.
Entergpedit.mscand hit the Enter button on the Run Dialog box.
On the right pane, find and double tap on thePrevent Changing Proxy tweaks.
Next, on the Prevent changing proxy prefs Window, selectEnabledand click theApplybutton.
After making the changes, start your Windows 11 PC.
If you ever wish to change the proxy controls again, selectNot Configuredin Step 5.
Right-choose the Microsoft Key and selectNew > Key.
Name the new Subkey asInternet Explorer.
Right hit the Internet Explorer key and create a new subkey namedControl Panel.
Name the new DWORD Value asProxy.
Double-tap on the Proxy and set itsvalue datato1.
Or else, delete the Internet Explorer Key you created in Step 3.
The above steps will restrict users from changing the proxy tweaks; they wont remove the existing proxy tweaks.
This means that your box will continue to use the proxy configuration you set up previously.
