WhatsApp has an auto-saving feature for all media files you receive.
Heres what you gotta do.
Launch theWhatsAppapp on your iPhone.

When the WhatsApp app opens, tap on theSettingsin the bottom right corner.
On the configs, selectChats.
On the Chats screen, unlock the toggle forSave to Photos.

The parameters youve made will force the WhatsApp app to save all the pictures to your iPhones Photos app.
On the next screen, select theSave to Photosoption toAlways.
This setting will work, even if the Save to Photos option is disabled in the WhatsApp App options.

When the app opens, launch the chat with the photo you want to save to your iPhone.
Next, tap theDownloadbutton that appears on the Media.
Once downloaded, tap on the downloaded photo.

Next, tap theSharebutton at the bottom left corner of the screen.
On the Share menu, selectSave.
This is another way of saving Photos received on WhatsApp to your iPhone.
