Here are some simple steps to follow.

Right-press the folder you want to attach and opt for Send to >Compressed (Zipped) folderoption.
This willconvert the folder into a ZIP file.
you might also use otherthird-party compressorsto compress a folder into a ZIP file.

Now, open your favorite web web app and open Gmail.com.
Next, nudge the Compose button and write a new email.
At the bottom of the New Message window, press theAttach Filesicon, as shown below.

Now, you mustattach the ZIP file you created.
Once youve done so, click theSendbutton.
The recipient needs to extract the ZIP file to get the folders.

Note:Most Android devices come with a built-in file compressor.
First,grab the folderyou want to attach and tap on thethree dotsas shown below.

Next, tap theCompressoption to compress the folder into a ZIP file.
Once compressed, open theGmail appfor Android andcompose an email.
Next, tap on theAttach icon,as shown below.

Now select theAttach fileoption and pick the ZIP file you just created.
Once done with the changes, tap on theSendbutton.
How to send a folder via email without zipping it?

There are different ways to attach a folder to an email.
However, Gmail was created to eliminate folders and sorting, so you cant send folders to it directly.
In this way, the recipient must press your link to reach the folder.

Attaching a folder to an email is easy, especially using Gmail.
