If you are someone who prefers to work on the go, you might be already using Google Docs.

It is especially useful for those who multitask.

First of all, open your favorite web net online gate andopen a Google Docs document.

On the document, you better choose the spot where you want your email draft to appear.

Next, choose theInsertmenu, as shown in the screenshot below.

From the drop-down menu, tap on theBuilding Blocksand select theEmail draftoption as shown below.

An email table will appear on your selected spot.

You need tofill in all the fieldslike CC, BCC, Subject, and the message.

Once done, select theBlue M iconas shown in the screenshot below.

Now, you will see a pop-up window where you will see a preview of your composed email.

you’re able to edit it if you want or tap on theSendbutton to send the Email.

Important:The feature wont show you the replies that the email receives.

fill in all the fields

So, if you get a reply to your email, you better open Gmail and check it manually.

It wont appear on Google Docs.

This is how you’re free to send emails straight from Google Docs.

click on the Send button
