Step 1.First of all, open Telegram on your Android machine.
Step 2.Once done, tap on the contacts name.
On the next page,tap on the three dots or the name of the contact.
Step 3.From the list of options, selectStart Secret Chat.
Step 4.On the confirmation pop-up, tap on theStartbutton.
Step 5.Secret chat will be enabled for the contact.
Thesecret chat conversationwill show up separately in Telegrams chat, and it will have alock iconbehind the name.
Step 6.On the secret chat,tap on the stopwatch iconfrom the top toolbar.
Step 7.This will launch the Self Destruct timer.
Justset the timeand tap on theDone
Thats it!
Any message that will be sent in the secret chat will automatically disappear after the set time.
yo note, you wont capture screenshots when you have enabled disappearing messages on Secret chat.
