Open your Android app drawer and tap on theGboardapp.

On the Gboards prefs page, scroll down and tap on theDictionary.

On the Dictionary page, tap on thePersonal dictionaryoption.

Next,select your language.

On the next screen, tap the+button in the top-right corner.

Now, you musttype in the word in the first boxand thetext shortcut in the second box.

You must repeat the same steps to set custom shortcuts for your most-used texts.
