Easy ways to transfer games & saved data from PS4 to PS5!
Sony provides you an option to transfer your PS4 data during the initial PS5 setup.
Next, connect both of the consoles over the same data pipe.
Now you will see a screen like below.
You should hear a beep, confirming that the data transfer process started.
choose the games and apps you wish to transfer to your new PS5.
Once done with the transfer, turn off the PS4 and unplug the external drive.
Now connect the external drive to the PS5.
PS5 will recognize the external drive as extended storage.
On your PS4 console, head to theSettings > system Saved Data Management > Saved data in System storage.
Under the Saved Data in System Storage page, select theUpload to online storageoption.
Now you will see a list of all games installed on your console.
grab the game you want to upload to the cloud service.
Once done, power on your PS5 and download the game whose data you want to load.
Now opt for saved data you want to download and then hit the Downloadbutton.
