While the feature is helpful, you may sometimes want to turn it off.

To get started, open theSettingsapp on your Samsung phone.

On General Management, tap onSamsung Keyboard prefs.
Scroll to the Smart typing section and shut down the toggle next to Predictive text.
Move back to General Management and tap onSpelling Correction.
On the next screen,turn offthe Spelling Correction feature.
On the General Management screen, scroll down and tap onGboard controls.
In the Gboard prefs, tap ontext correction.
Next, on the Text correction screen,turn offthe toggle next to Auto-correction.
Thats how easy it is to turn off autocorrect on Googles Gboard app.
