To use the new dynamic color-changing wallpaper, you gotta use the iOS 18 Developer or Public Beta.
With iOS 18 installed on your iPhone, move to the lock screen.
Tap and hold the lock screen and tap the(+)button at the bottom right corner.
On the Featured section, swipe left and select theiOS 18Wallpaper.
Now, you might swipe between slides to check all available color options.
