The new chip would be the part of Intels current 8th Generation core family.

With the help of EMIB technology, Intel succeeded to create a high-speed information bridge between GPU and HBM2.
According to Intel, these chips are specially built for gamers and VR enthusiasts.

Intel partners like HP and Dell are expected to announce their devices powered by this chip at CES 2019.
