Likewise, the Photo sharing Social Media giant is experiencing downtime Worldwide.
The portal showed there were more than 20,000 incidents of people reporting issues with Facebook and Instagram.
Instagram has posted a tweet acknowledging the server going down.
In addition, the tweet has specified that many of the Facebook services are down.
