This feature might roll out to everyone in the future.

How to Use In-App Support Feature on Whatsapp?
Now it will show you a message to beta testers of both platforms.
We will respond to you in a WhatsApp chat.
Whatsapp will contact users through its verified account, which has a green tick mark.
It proves that the message is actually sent from Whatsapp.
These details will be used to find out the issue and fix it with Whatsapp.
This feature is still under development and will be available soon for all the users.
Apart from this, Whatsapp is also testing new animations for the heart emoji.
This change is spotted on Whatsapp beta version 22.2.72 on iOS.
