Third-party widgets will be included in Windows 11 version 22H2.
Windows 11 is the latest operating system released by Microsoft.
The new OS is all about design improvements based on WinUI.

It also brings back theWidgets feature similar to Windows Vista gadgets.
However, the new OS widget is not fully based on the gadgets concept of Windows 7 or Vista.
And the Widgets option is just for Microsoft apps, and News & Interests feed.

According to the documents, the third-party gadgets will be included in the 22H2 version of Windows 11.
The third-party support will let users customize the widget board according to their liking.
So, we need to wait for a few weeks or months to get the initial third-party preview.

The third-party widgets feature will need a new version of the Windows Web Experience Pack.
The widgets will be published in the Microsoft Store by the developers.
