According to the listing, the smartphone will be powered by powerful Snapdragon 845 processor.
Not only Snapdragon 845, Xiaomi Dipper seems to carry 6GB of RAM.
Well, it might not be the Mi Mix 2S which is expected to arrive later this month.
It is, however, possible that were looking at the Xiaomi Mi 7 here.
