To get the new feature, you should probably load the optional KB5031455 Preview cumulative update manually.
It will appear as 2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031455).
Go to the controls app, then to Windows Update, and tap on Check for Updates.
You will then be prompted to load the update by clicking the Download and install button.
